Our directors, Richard Healy and Brett Roche, each have more than 30 years’ experience in the building trade. Both have a carpentry background, and this trade experience gives them the practical skills to
ensure work is completed to a high standard, and within an efficient timeframe. Their experience managing large developments ensures that projects are well-organised, and delivered with excellent service.
Most recently, we’ve focussed on renovations and new builds in the Eastern Suburbs and North Shore.
Our latest new builds in Lindfield and Epping were valued at $1.2 million and $800,000. We carried out a major renovation at Clontarf valued at $600,000, a Mosman renovation for $1.5 million, and renovations at Bondi and Crows Nest, both over $500,000.
All those connected with these projects – owners, architects and subcontractors – were not only pleased with the finished product, but found the building process and the liaising with our team easy and professional.
